Mozzarella Cheese (preferably buffalo)
Mouth watering tomatoes
Cut both between 1/4-1/2 inch thick. Layer Mozzarella then tomato then mozzarella etc. Pour equal amounts of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. Top with fresh Basil. Add salt and pepper according to preference.

This is my favorite salad. Ever.
I guess I'm not exactly certain what buffalo mozzarella is. Can you elaborate on that for me? This sounds delightful.
It is mozzarella made from buffalo's milk (as opposed to cow milk).
